New product must be developed even one minute earlier. You can not afford waiting for oscillators for months. We will work with customers for developing the new products.

It is hard to tell what will be ordered when from customers. Then fast delivered oscillators are always necessary. The fast delivery will significantly help your production schedule; inventory is minimized and production cost will be lowered.

As long as your products work in the fields, replacement parts are required throughout the product life. The parts requirement is not many but urgent. Inventory control is troublesome.

 QCM with crystal Oscillators: Chemical Filter Life Monitror HE-QCM-1       NEW PRODUCT INFO

Silver (Ag) plated crystals, gold (Au) plated crystals, silicon (Si) plated crystals, and copper (Cu) plated crystals are available depending upon your application.

The distance from a QCM sensor to a QCM controller can be from 10 m (standard) to 100 m (option); you can monitor with a radius of 100 m.

 When AMC deposits on crystal surface, the oscillation frequency changes. The frequency changes of five different locations can NOW be monitored simultaneously on real time basis.

The performance of a chemical filter can always be checked, then it will help improving the product reliability and reducing the filter cost.

IMPOTANT: QCM cannot identify molecular acid, bases, or condensables, etc.. To observe the small changes of AMC, you have to make temperature and humidity as constant as possible.
